Q: Can you distribute the already made glossaries so I don't have to fool with Perl?

Before publicly releasing Headers2Glossary I did a check with Apple and they gave me permission to distribute the script but not anything created from the copyrighted headers.

Q: Can I convert all the headers and have everything in a glossary?

I've done some work with building large (5,000+ items) glossaries and BBEdit does take a hit (at startup or when updating the glossary folder) when the glossary gets that big. For now, I recommend just converting the headers you are currently working with or you reference a lot.
